In keeping with tradition, the Extended Team Servas meeting is organized once a year, this year on March 8 in Antwerp.

In the presence of the Board, the various interviewers-coordinators
and volunteers, the following themes were discussed:

• Evolution of the number of Servas members in Belgium and Luxembourg

o How do we get more new members to Servas BeLux

o How do we get more young members to Servas BeLux

o How can we generate enthusiasm among our members for active participation

• The income & expenses for 2025 and the budget for 2026

o Allocation of Servas BeLux resources for international youth activities

o Communication and publicity for Servas BeLux

• The filling of the various positions within the Board and among the interviewers in the different provinces
  
  

• ‘Peace’ as the essential message of Servas: our ‘Peace Coordinator’ presents the plans
